Main Application Areas:
Municipal sewage discharge, industrial wastewater discharge, wastewater treatment plants, highway drainage systems, cable sheaths, agricultural irrigation, etc.
The HDPE steel strip-reinforced pipe is a novel pipeline material that combines steel strips with high-density polyethylene (HDPE), integrating the high strength of steel with the corrosion resistance of plastic.
Core Features:
High strength and pressure resistance: The steel strip is wound in a U-shaped spiral, significantly enhancing ring stiffness (grades SN8–SN16) and providing strong resistance to foundation settlement. Chemical resistance: It remains unaffected by sewage, acids, alkalis, oils, or soil corrosion, with a service life of up to 50 years. Lightweight: Weighing only one-eighth that of concrete pipes, it facilitates easy transportation and installation. Weather resistance: The black outer surface offers UV protection and can be used in environments ranging from-60°C to 50°C. High drainage efficiency: The smooth inner wall features a low friction coefficient for rapid water discharge. Environmental friendliness and recyclability: The HDPE material is non-toxic and fully recyclable.
